When Our Feet Touch the Ground
This last year we have traveled far while staying at home. We are tired and achy but Spring arrived last week and life has started to push through soil and stone.
The ice has melted and the rivers and streams are flowing strong. The birds are going about their daily business of building nests and singing each morning and evening into being.
Spring, the season of hope and renewal, is inviting us to join in and look closer into the areas of our life where new shoots are sprouting.
The waves of bad news continue to batter the shores of our psyche and often we can’t help but feel sad, angry, fearful, or overwhelmed.
How can we, in the midst of conflicting forces, give ourselves permission to hope and to begin anew?
If hope, faith, and goodness are our heart’s true home, how do we walk ourselves back?
How do we invoke inspiration? And, how can we nourish ourselves so we can continue this journey into
our lives and ourselves?
During this month’s gathering we will pause and invite guidance and inspiration. Join me.
“When Our Feet Touch the Ground”
Monday, April 5, 2021
07:00 – 08:30 PM EST via Zoom
Prepare by choosing a quiet space or nook with a comfortable chair, a pillow, and whatever helps you feel warm and cozy. Let people know that you will not be available for approximately an hour and a half. Make a cup of your favorite tea, have a glass of water, your journal or drawing pad and pencils nearby.
Participants are also invited to join me on Mondays @ 9:00 AM EST for a 40-minute session that includes a short reading based on each month’s topic, time to breathe and be still, and a short discussion. I will be there every Monday and you can join me whenever you can.
I look forward to sharing space with you.
