This last year we have traveled far while staying at home. We are tired and achy, but Spring arrived last week, and life has started to push through soil and stone.

The ice has melted, and the rivers and streams are flowing strong. The birds are going about their daily business of building nests and singing each morning and evening into being.

Spring, the season of hope and renewal, is inviting us to join in and look closer into the areas of our life where new shoots are sprouting.

The waves of bad news continue to batter the shores of our psyche, and we can’t help but feel sad, angry, fearful, or overwhelmed.

How can we, amid conflicting forces, permit ourselves to hope and to begin anew?

If hope, faith, and goodness are our heart’s true home, then how do we walk ourselves back?

How do we invoke inspiration? And, how can we nourish ourselves so we can continue this journey into
our lives and ourselves?

During this month’s gathering, we will pause and invite guidance and inspiration. Join me.
