Nature, rich in imagery and metaphors, shows us the way
through endings and new beginnings; change and transformation
as our lives evolve in pace with the seasons.

Witnessing the beauty of the ever-changing seasons
allows us to also become attuned to the changes in our lives;
the changes that are softly knocking at our door,
the changes we have been hoping for, and
the changes we did not know we needed,
so we can evolve, grow, and embrace our new beginnings.

“To live a truly creative life, we always need to cast a critical look at where we recently are, attempting always to discern where we have become stagnant and where a new beginning might be ripening.
There can be no growth if we do not remain open and vulnerable to what is new and different.”

– John O’Donohue

Last month we looked at what is asking to be released.
This time we will look at the changes that have started to take hold
and how to navigate this season with ease and intention.

What are the signs of change you are beginning to notice?

What is changing in your life? How do you feel about it?

How can you make the transition comfortable and be at peace with it?

This month, we will come together, once again,
to be with one another and reflect on the journey through this new season
and the changes it has begun to usher forward.
